Mission Statement and Oath

The Time Capsules and Legacies 2012 World P.E.A.C.E. Project, a project for the preservation of humanity: Our Mission Statement, Oath & Code of Ethics

The Time Capsules and Legacies 2012 World P.E.A.C.E. Project establishes as its primary mission under oath via this code of ethics:

1. To ENLIGHTEN, as is possible, only by free will and choice, project participants, the members and fellow patriots of humanity, to the very real events of the world in which we all live, and to provide for the common good of humanity a portal or gateway, as is possible, to valuable knowledge that may not currently be available via a mainstream media.

2. To actively COLLECT and morally SECURE and PRESERVE common, human legacies through the resources of each project, specifically identified as; the time capsule kits, and memorial project; the memorabilia and living legacies (those that are shared or contributed via these means) of the common people and any participants of its project(s). We will provide a secure and reliable means in which all participants may privately place and have maintained the self-orchestrated records of their existence, life experiences, beliefs, opinions, memories or other personal memorabilia in hermetically-sealed and protected time capsule and memorial via the inclusion in an active Foundation project, with the intent that their contributions will then live and be remembered, and ultimately shared by their specified benefactors, ancestors, and/or future generations of humanity.

3. To act in all accounts as HONORABLE and TRUE PATRIOTS to all fellow citizens of humanity, holding as the Foundation's greatest treasure, the sacred value of the capsule depositories made by each participant. We shall preserve and provide most reasonable protection for these collections under our current constitutional rights and freedoms. We will under this intention, and as is made possible by world circumstance, continually function to ensure those rights and freedoms under the same protection as related to, and in accordance with original meanings and definitions of these governing documents. We shall in all related efforts, act to preserve and ensure that the memories and legacies collected by the means and purposes of these project(s), are securely maintained over the course of time. Where and whenever it is within the power of this Foundation, and under its control, we will safeguard, to the extent of these abilities, as entrusted to this Foundation by its participants, these same oaths and principles now and throughout the conclusion and opening date of each capsule project in which any participants or future benefactors may remain actively engaged.

4. To further serve as the CONDUIT for which your specified benefactors, prodigies and future generations will receive the INHERITANCE OF THESE COLLECTIONS in all manners which may be provided for legally, ethically and that are to be physically possible toward the assurance of each and every participant through the years and decades that will follow. WE, as project administrators, each under this sworn oath, and in full regard to the privacy of its participants, shall by all possible means carefully record and document all project participation so that we may effectively and accurately preserve and uphold the intended promise and commitment that each participant will be remembered.

5. Furthermore, we will act to ensure that upon the passing of (50) fifty years from the closure of the time capsule memorial that notification for claim of inheritance to the intended recipients of your choice will be attempted and administered by the then-existing controllers of the Foundation to the best of its abilities at the arrival of such a time, and that this oath and code of ethics shall be passed on as absolute, unaltered mandates to any and all future administrative bodies of the Foundation and that they shall indoctrinate any related current or future projects.

6. BE IT KNOWN and UNDERSTOOD by all project participants and administration, that the success of these project(s) and the collective objectives to act upon and uphold these specific oaths, assurances and intentions depends solely on the choices we each, as participants and the citizens of humanity, will make in regard to the future and our existence on this planet. Please make the critical choices in the coming years through true awareness and in good conscience for the sake of all of humanity and the planet as a whole. Be it further known, regardless of future events, that someday, somewhere, somehow, the discovery of these treasures will most likely occur, hopefully exactly as intended. But one never knows, thus, participate freely and willingly with this clear understanding in mind.

7. RESPECT EACH OTHER ... RESPECT THE PLANET and ALL of its creatures.
